Shipping policy

When can I expect my order to ship and arrive? 

My current turnaround time for orders is 2 to 4 weeks (depending on customization) before orders are shipped. I always do my best to get things done as quickly as I can, but I am also parenting at home during a pandemic. Please be sure you leave a note if you have a "need by" date.

PLEASE NOTE: As the cost of fuel continues to rise, it has become necessary to raise our tracked shipping charge to $20 CAD for all deliveries within Canada. I want to continue to support Canada Post as I feel this is important, rather than switching to a private courier business. Please know that this is not being taken lightly, I know that everything is expensive at the moment. With that in mind, I want to make sure to keep things as accessible as possible, so whether means combining shipping with a friend, or arranging local pick up but delayed until you’ll be in town to get it, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I am always more than happy to accommodate.

Good Foot Delivery is a local Courier service that provides meaningful employment to the neuro-diverse community. The core of Good Foot’s business model is a professional Courier service that provides same-day delivery in the Toronto area. Over the last 10 years, Good Foot Delivery has hired and trained over 60 individuals from the neuro-diverse community. Employment at Good Foot provides steady pay, opportunities to develop important transferable work-related and personal skills, and contributes to a fundamental sense of self-worth and independence. Couriers are taught how to be confidently independent on the job, ready to troubleshoot and adapt to any situation that might arise. Do you ship internationally? 

USA and International

At this time, shipping outside of Canada is enabled on the website for Australia only.  I am always happy to accommodate on an order by order basis for delivery outside of these regions.  Please reach out to me for a quote at raptandheld@gmail.com.  Thank you for understanding.

Is local pick up available? 

Yes for residents of Toronto, however please do not pick up if you or someone in your immediate household has or has recently been exposed to a current case of COVID-19. Please email me at raptandheld@gmail.com to make other arrangements if necessary.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at raptandheld@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at raptandheld@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These incidents are addressed on a case-by-case basis, but I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
